For some years now, AGFM has been sponsoring the Opera Season of Teatro Regio di Parma.

Teatro Regio di Parma is considered one of the most important theatres for Italian opera.

At present, the theatre stages four operas a year in the opera season, which runs from mid-January to April; as many operas are staged within the Festival Verdi in September and October.

Teatro Regio also stages the Parma Danza ballet performances in late spring and summer, as well as classical and symphonic music concerts throughout the year.
