Incorporated in 1998, AGFM – Alinovi Guiotto Ferrari & Mattioli is a firm with offices in Parma and Milan, which provides consulting services to businesses, at a national and international level, with a specialist and multidisciplinary approach.

Thanks to the vast experience of its people, AGFM can rely on an integrated work approach and on a global view of the relevant matters, from strictly business aspects to tax and corporate ones, from the ordinary course of business to extraordinary transactions. Besides consulting services to businesses, AGFM has two departments specializing in Advisory and Tax and, to date, has 35 people on staff, 25 of whom are consultants.
