Within his professional activities, he provides business and corporate consulting services to medium- and large-sized manufacturing and commercial companies.
He has gained considerable experience in management consulting and corporate finance projects, as well as in M&A, turnaround and certification of recovery plans.
He has been member of the Boards of Auditors of large-sized banks, insurance and manufacturing companies.
He has published several scientific papers on business crisis and he is frequently a speaker at conferences and workshops intended for industry professionals, business managers and members of the Judiciary.
He is a Founding Partner and the head of AGFM Advisory Department.
